What we do/Keep IT Support Simple – Your Choice
Most growing and dynamic customers pick our KISS 4 plan – it covers pretty much everything, and makes your IT simple and predictable. We think it’s ideal because it aligns our interests with yours. A fixed price for all network security, support and installations, it’s in our interests to make sure nothing goes wrong.
Most Mature businesses choose the KISS 3 plan which includes core monitoring and maintenance with on-site support and managed security. This means it costs significantly less but, but you bear some risk of unforeseen costs if there’s a major problem.
Businesses choose the KISS 2 plan if they already have their network security sorted to an acceptable level – we will then provide the core monitoring and maintenance with unlimited telephone, remote and on-site support in a proactive manner.
Businesses that have a limited budget or a small network choose the KISS 1 plan where we provide unlimited telephone and remote support only.
